Built by an engineer
who became an investor.

PropertyLab began with a question every buyer asks: is this a good buy, and how do I know? Our founder, an engineer who went on to build his own property portfolio, found the answers scattered across brochures, agents and spreadsheets.

So we built the tool we wished we had: a cross-border decision engine that checks every price against real transactions, turns the numbers into a plan, and stays with owners long after the keys. Today it serves buyers in Malaysia, Hong Kong and the UAE.
